Google review link and QR code, in a minute

Paste your business's Place ID or review link. You get the link that opens the review form directly, a QR code, a desk card ready to print and messages to send it to your customers.

Where to find it

In your Google Business Profile (search for your business name on Google while signed in), tap “Ask for reviews” or “Get more reviews” and copy the link.

Or find your business on the map in Google's Place ID Finder and copy the Place ID that starts with ChIJ. Place ID Finder

  • No sign-up
  • Everything runs in your browser
  • A QR code that never expires

We don't connect to Google or look up your business: the link is built from what you paste.

What it is

The link that opens the review form directly

Most happy customers never write a review, simply because they don't think of it or don't know where to tap. Give them a link that opens the star-rating form directly and it takes them half a minute.

Google offers this link inside your Business Profile, but it's tucked away. Here we build it from your Place ID or the link you already have, and give you everything you need to share it: a QR code, a printable card and messages.

How it works

  1. 1

Find your Place ID or link

In your Google Business Profile (“Ask for reviews”) or with Google's Place ID Finder.

  2. 2

    Paste it here

We check it and build the link that opens the review form.

  3. 3

    Test it

Tap “Test” or scan the QR with your phone to make sure the right business opens.

  4. 4

    Share it

Print the card, put the QR on receipts or send the message by SMS, Viber, WhatsApp or email.

Why do it

Why Google reviews matter

  • People choose you from the map

When someone searches “dentist near me”, they see your stars and review count first. They often decide before opening your website.

  • Google takes them into account

Review count and rating are among the factors Google names for ranking in local search.

  • You learn what customers think

A negative review answered well shows you take customers seriously. And it tells you what to fix.

What you get

One link, three ways to share it

The same link in every format, so you can ask for a review where customers are happiest: at the till, on the way out or in the message after an appointment.

  • Link and QR code

For anything opened with a tap or a scan.

    • A link that opens the review form
    • QR in PNG or SVG for print shops
    • For receipts, cards, windows or email
  • Printable card

Ready for the counter or reception desk.

    • A6 size, or four on A4
    • With your business name
    • In Greek or English
  • Messages

To ask for a review after the visit.

    • SMS, Viber, WhatsApp and email
    • Polite text, no pressure
    • Within Google's rules
FAQ

Before you ask for your first review

Where do I find my business's review link?

Sign in to the Google account you manage the business with, then search for its name on Google or open your Business Profile. In the management panel tap “Ask for reviews” (or “Get more reviews”) and copy the link, which looks like g.page/r/…/review. Paste it here.

What is a Place ID and how do I find it?

It's the unique code Google gives every place on the map, and it usually starts with ChIJ. Open Google's Place ID Finder, type your business name into the map search, select it and copy the Place ID shown. You don't need to manage the listing to do this.

Can I give a discount or gift to people who leave a review?

No. Google's policy for user-generated content forbids offering anything in return for reviews, and reviews that break the rules can be removed. Simply ask for the customer's opinion, politely.

Can I send the link only to happy customers?

Google doesn't allow selectively asking for positive reviews, for example asking first whether the customer was happy and sending the link only to those who said yes. Ask everyone. A few negative reviews with a calm reply from you make your profile more believable.

Does the link or QR code expire?

No, neither the link nor the QR code goes through our server. Google rarely changes a business's Place ID, for example when two listings are merged. Test the link every few months, and always before a big print run.

Does the customer need a Google account?

Yes, to post a review they must be signed in to a Google account. Almost everyone with an Android phone or Gmail already is, so the form opens straight away. On an iPhone they may be asked to sign in first.

Reviews bring the customer in. Your website keeps them.

Whoever sees your stars on the map usually opens your website next. We help you rank high in local search and have a page that books appointments.
