Email signature: your professional signature in a minute
Fill in your details, choose a layout and colour, and copy the signature. It pastes ready-made into Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
The logo has to be online already, for example on your website: right-click it and choose “Copy image address”. Images pasted straight into an email are often blocked or arrive as attachments.

Type your name or business to see the signature.
How to add it
- Click “Copy signature”.
- In Gmail, open the gear icon, then “See all settings”.
- On the “General” tab, under “Signature”, click “Create new”.
- Paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) and click “Save changes” at the bottom of the page.
Before you send your first email with the new signature: check that your emails don't end up in your customers' spam.
Free email checkWhat a good email signature does
The signature is the last thing a customer reads in every email you send, and often the only place they call you from. A good signature says who you are, what you do and how to reach you, without being longer than the message itself.
The tool builds the signature the same way we build our own: with tables and inline styles, because that is the only way it looks the same in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
How it works
- 1
Fill in your details
Name, role, business, phone, email, website and, if you like, an address.
- 2
Choose layout and colour
With a logo or simple, in your brand colour.
- 3
Copy the signature
One click, ready to paste. Nothing is stored on our side.
- 4
Add it to your email
Follow the steps for Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.
Why a professional email signature is worth it
Every email becomes a business card
Phone and website one tap away, in every message you send.
You look like a serious business
A clean signature with a logo says “organised business” before the customer reads the content.
The same across the team
Everyone in the business sends with the same look, changing only name and role.
A signature that works everywhere
Most signatures break in Outlook or arrive with the logo as an attachment. This one is built so that doesn't happen.
Professional look
Clean, readable, in your colour.
- With a logo or simple
- Your brand colour
- Sensible size, not a banner
Works everywhere
The same look in the main email apps.
- Gmail and Google Workspace
- Outlook and Microsoft 365
- Apple Mail on Mac and iPhone
Correct links
Everything you tap opens what it should.
- Tap to call on mobile
- Email and website
- Logo that leads to your site
Before you add it
Why does the logo have to be a URL?
Because images pasted straight into a signature are often blocked by the recipient's email app or arrive as attachments on every email. An image from your website loads normally and doesn't weigh the message down.
I pasted the signature and it shows as code.
You used “Copy HTML”. For Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail you need “Copy signature”, which copies the formatted result. The HTML is for apps that have a dedicated code field.
Will it look the same on mobile?
Yes. The signature is narrow and simple so it fits a phone screen without sideways scrolling, and the phone number opens a call with one tap.
Do you store my details?
No. The signature is built entirely in your browser and isn't sent anywhere.
